Y&R-Why is the great Victor Newman being so stupid when it comes to Adam?
I know he's got to know Adam is up to something since he was checking his computer and has been grilling him on every move he makes lately, but shouldn't he have figured out it was Adam that was behind all the crazy things that have happened to Ashley and done something to stop it a long time ago?
And why on earth is he even thinking that Estella could have anything to do with it when she's been such a loyal and dedicated employee to him all these years?
I just don't get it, do you?
I don't get it either. I am so ready for this storyline to end and for Adam to catch the full wrath of Victor Newman!! Victor is probably gathering evidence and will not show his hand until he has everything he needs to nail Adam for good. I don't blame Chris Engen (Adam) for being disgusted with the dark direction his character had been taking. Why didn't Victor set up surveillance cameras all over the ranch when all this first started happening? Or what kind of crack security team does he have working for him, that they never notice anything Adam does? He also would not be able to get that ankle bracelet off without an alarm being sent to his probation officer.
It is very sad that Estella is having to go through all this. It's just plain wrong. I was hoping that Nikki would be able to get this straightened out before they could go any further with Estella. But Adam had planned ahead and sent that package. I also think it's a bit of a stretch that Adam was able to lift a fingerprint from the envelope or box that Estella dropped off, then transfer it to the new package he mailed, and that that fingerprint would be viable enough to lift again.
