has anyone her got a video or website on how to make a blow torch tip or a diagram on the parts of a blow torch tip and even if possible something that i can make to turn my gas stove into a blow torch/ bunsen burner???? i need as many answers as possible please help me i really need to know!!!!! I doubt you mean 'tip'. If you really want a tip, go to a hardware store and buy one.
If you mean 'blowtorch', in USA usage, it is what in British English usage is called a blowlamp, various types of liquid- or gas-burning tools used for heating. They produce a much larger softer flame than an oxyacetylene torch and are used for low temperature applications - soldering, brazing, melting roof tar, or pre-heating large castings before welding, such as for repairing cast-iron cylinder heads, and for other direct rapid applications of heat such as in cooking.
Your stove will use either natural gas or LPG, I think. The main requirement for this is to be able to mix air with the incoming gas stream, just before ignition. The idea is to make a venturi so the gas will pick up air and mix it. Main requirement is to get the right ratio of gas to air and you will need a jet for this (as well as a valve). No pre-heat will be required (unlike kerosene or similar).
