Does a muffler installations always require welding?
I recently purchased a 2003 Honda Civic 2Door Ex. The previous owner decided to take off the muffler. I looked into getting a replacement and it seems fairly cheap as far as the part goes, but im wondering is this something i can do myself? I know my way around cars, but i don't have a serious amount of tools, just the basics.
I poked around online but there really isn't any very good guides on how to do this. Anyone have any knowledge on this?

they have champs that you can use but there a good chance it would leak. i would do all the work myself then take it to someone who welds and have them weld it together it would not take no more then 5 minutes to weld that up so it would be cheap. most places charge by the hour too
