My stainless steel water tank is cracked and all water in the tank leaked away just in a night.
The problem is that the tank is put underground, in a room, and the room is just a little bigger than the tank. There's not enough space for a man and his equipments to weld the tank, because the welding machine need some extra space to run safely
The crack locate at the bottom of the tank, just a small crack abour 2 - 3 cm length, 3mm width.
I think that i could use some kind of glue to fix that crack, but i have no idea what kind of glue should i use. Is there any better solution that using glue?
If there is enough room for a man to enter inside the tank, then the tank can be welded from the inside. The welder can be put outside and only the welding cables need to be brought inside the room. The welder will also need a face mask and an air supply while he is inside the tank. A safety man would also be required. To pull the man out if there was a problem.
