Senn Power

Senn Power
Which has better sound quality: Skullcandy Skullcrushers or Sennheiser HD205?

I've been looking for good headphones priced under $80, and i've narrowed it down to these two.
First, the Skullcrushers because I liked the subwoofer option on it, but I don't know about its sensitivity (i think some people call it SPL or something) and max power output...
Second, the Senn HD205 because of its Frequency Range, but I'm also not sure about its sensitivity and max power output...
I need help in choosing guys, which of these headphones are best in terms of bass and dB's?
oh, and if you could recommend other great headphones for under $80, I would really appreciate it.
(Philipps, Sennheiser, Skullcandy and Sony brands preferred, since those are the most common brands here in the Philippines.)

The Sennheiser HD205 are better because they have a better frequency response (14-20,000 Hz) The Skullcandy Skullcrushers have a frequency response of 20-20,000 Hz. So the Sennheiser HD205 headphones can handle more bass than what a baby can hear.

The Skullcandy Skullcrushers have a maximum input of 30mW and the Sennheiser HD205 headphones have a maximum input of 200mW. So the HD205 wins that category by a long shot. In English, you can put way more power into the Sennheiser HD205 headphones. I would definitely go with the Sennheiser HD205 headphones. I always try and stay way from Skullcandy for they have a very basic sound quality for their ridiculouss price.
