Will a fuel regulator increase my MPG?
I installed a fuel pressure regulator and a electric fuel pump on my 71 impala? When the pressure regulator is set low (at 4-5 psi) will I get increased MPG? How can I increase fuel effeciency in an older vehicle?
you still have a carbuerator on the car,,,and the rules for carbuerators still apply.
You wont get the same efficiency as a fuel injector.
