What kind of dvd camcorder should I get?
I love making films - for school and just random things with my friends.
I'm 14, so i'm not looking for a thousand pound high-tech recorder, I'm just looking for an affordable dvd camera.
Any ideas?
Don't waste your money on a DVD based camcorder.
Best video quality = miniDV tape.
Next best = hard disc drive or flash memory
Worst video quality, especially if you want to edit and upload any of the video = consumer DVD camcorder.
Canon ZR900, ZR930, ZR960, FS100, FS10, FS11. All have a mic jack (but no manual audio control). These are the least expensive camcorders with audio-in.
