I need help with my sky + remote?
The 1 button doesn't work. I wasn't going to watch a movie this morning, it said enter pin. My pin includes a 1 - what should I do. Please don't just say, you need new a remote.
Hi Harry, If your Sky+ remote control is outside the 1 year warranty period, you could open it up (there may be a screw under the batteries) by carefully prising the 2 halves apart and having a look inside to try and find the fault, or if it's still in warranty, you could ring the Sky Accessories Team on 08442 411 735 and ask for a free replacement. If you can't fix it yourself you can get one from 7day Shop (via Amazon) for £7.29 (free shipping).
