I thought flea eggs were tough..?
I have read a lot about flea eggs being almost impossible to destroy due to the protective coating on them... but If I brush my dog with a flea brush and dunk it in water it appears that the eggs disintegrate into tiny streaks of blood (or something red)... so does water permiate the protective outer coating and kill the fleas?
So you did do research on this. Good. So did I when I had fleas. I seen the same thing about their eggs. How flea stuff cant hurt them at all. I think the stuff your putting in water is actually what they call flea dirt. flea poop and stuff. Not sure but i think that's what that is. Cause if it was eggs then a bath would be all you need to kill them. Keep vacuuming and pick up all the eggs and stuff. Also if you have a yard keep it under control with spray you can get. I didn't need to do that cause the Advantage stuff worked great. But I did vaccum every day for a week. Good luck
