on a sthil ms290 chainsaw, how do i adjust the Adjustable automatic bar and chain oiler ?
On the underside of the MS290, you will see a hole in the black wrap around handle. Take a regular screwdriver and turn it the slot clockwise. What you are doing is moving the actual body of the pump. There is not a lot of movement, less than a 1/4 turn, so don't force it.
