Where can I find information on a home sprinkler/ irrigation water meter?
Just as everyone I pay a sewer charge for home use such as flushing the toilet, sink drainage, laundry stuff, etc. I have heard of a sprinkler/ irrigation meter that helps save money on bills since sprinkler water does not go down the drain (so to speak). Any ideas on where I can get information on this matter in the Denver Metro Area
Call your water provider. The reason for lower bills is that you are charged a sewer bill along with your watter usage. In many places, sewer is higher than water. You will be charged for the meter, and a separate account. You will also need a new line to supply this system, cut in before your house meter.
