What material do you use to line the inside of a float tank?

I'm having my own floatation tank build. What type of material should I use to line the inside of the tank, that is easy to clean and will not be damaged by the salt or water?

There are some real good epoxies for that application. if the tank is concrete just apply the epoxy to the tank if the tank is steal then you need to grit blast the tank to give it a profile for the epoxy to adhere to make sure the epoxy you are going to use is submersible
