What happens after you beat the elite four in Pokemon Leaf Green?

I heard that after you beat the elite four in leaf green, you can access the Cerulean city cave with Mew two (and Mew?) in it. And you can access the breeding day care? what else is there? and can't you get deoxys as well? how do you get deoxys? It's on one of the islands, isn't it?

You can access the cave with Mewtwo, but not Mew (requires a nintendo event).

You get access to the breeding day care (I think it's on Island 4). You get Islands 4-7 after the Elite 4.

After you beat the Elite 4 the first time, you can play them again (after doing some stuff on the islands, I don't remember what exactly though, sorry), but they are on a much higher level.

Deoxys, Mew, Ho-oh, and Lugia, the only thing I didn't like about the Pokemon games. The only way to catch them is to go to a Nintendo Event, which is in real life, so good luck.
