Is it easier to mold silicone than plastic?
Let's say I want to produce a certain small part, will it be easier to do it with silicone than plastic? I don't mean do it yourself at home, I mean producing it at a quantity of few thousands. So therefore I need a mold.
To make such a mold for silicone part should be cheaper and simpler than an injection mold for plastic is it? You don't have to worry about temperature...
I don't know, how does the industry make silicone parts?
Yes. Silcone is much easier and more predicatable to mold than plastic.
