Which is the best plasma cutter, hypertherm 1250, thermal dynamics 151, Lincoln 80, Miller 1000, esab 1500 etc
I have a Lincoln and a thermal dyn. both a love both of them. I tried the miller and esab and a couple other cheap models before deciding on the two. The thermal dyn. does perform a little better on thicker steel (above 1"). But they are both really good machines the consumables for the lincoln are a little cheaper than the thermal dyn. and easier to get in IN. But all in all they are both really good machines. Just make sure you have a good power supply and good, clean, dry air.
