about four or five years ago I was making tacos for my fiance (then girlfriend) and her family and she picked up a small chunk of raw ground beef and ate it
I have never beeen one to be a germ freak, and i dont generally follow many sanitary kitchen rules very well but this still seemed a little weird to me.
either way, i tried a piece... and it was pretty damned good
I know its a really bad idea with chicken and pork but seriously... mad cow disease and E. coli be damned, this shit is delicious
Why do we even cook ground beef anyways? That's communist as far as I'm concerned.
now everytime i make something with ground beef (i can feel my arteries hardening as i speak) i eat a little bit raw
is it just luck that ive never contracted some illness from this or is it proof thats how ground beef should be eaten
