Will I pass emissions with a "check fuel cap" light on?
The check engine light isn't on, just this light that I guess is supposed to let you know if you didn't tighten the gas cap good. I know they also do a gas cap pressure test but the cap itself is fine. I have replaced it before and the light has always come on. I think there is just a pressure leak somewhere.
because that light triggered by a trouble code, it should not pass, you need to tighten the cap or replace that cap and get the light to go out on its own.
