Does wrapping your leg/foot for extended period have positive/negative effects?
If you wrap your leg tight for stabilization and leave it on for 4-8 hours, what effect will that have?
i wouldnt wrap too tight, it can affect your circulation. Prolonged wrapping isn't going to hurt you as long as its not too tight. and don't wrap it in circles around your leg, wrap it in a figure 8 pattern (up in front, then down in front) - so that it looks criss crossed in the front. wrapping is good for stabilization and controlling swelling, just be careful when you do it!
