hey, i just got GNC Pro Performance Elite Series Creadrive.
Creadrive already has 35g of carbohydrates per serving, so you shouldn't need to mix it with anything other than water.
If it were straight creatine with no carbs then mixing it with grape juice was the norm. But for pre-mixed powders like this one, the balance of creatine and carbs should already be correct. Mix it with enough water to get it into solution and chug it down fast right after you complete your workout. The idea is to spike your blood sugar ASAP after your workout. Then do a serving of whey protein isolate (you want a protein that is very quickly absorbed, not a slow protein like a casinate).
After half an hour take another serving of whey, but don't chug it, just sip it. (This one can be a slower protein). Half an hour after you finish sipping it, eat a light solid meal maybe a small chicken breast with some steamed vegetables.
