I delete files in my external hard drive but the free space stays the same?
I have a 500 GB Western Digital Passport Elite and am running with a mac os. I have 68 GB remaining space and i deleted a few folders amounting to over 250 gb. When i checked to see my free space remaining it still said 68 GB remaining?? Why does it do that? How can i clear up that space without deleting what i need on my hard drive?
yea sounds like its the recycle bin... if its not, try scandisk. but that is on windows.... idk wut to do if its on mac, mac sucks.
