is it easier to build a laser security system or cutting laser?
i'm tryin to figure out which i shud build 4 a science project.
Any laser can be extremely dangerous, the so called "cutting laser" are more so. They should (must) be used only in a closed room with no windows and limited access and everyone wearing the correct protective glasses.
The are extremely dangerous because a reflection off any shiny surface could go through a window and permanently blind someone walking outside.
Most locals require a special license to use one of these. And no, you can't make one, you have to buy one.
