can my craftsman welder weld aluminum?

i have a small craftsman mig welder #20568
if i get aluminum wire can i weld aluminum?

no, u need to change the liner in the handle lead or liner completly and u need a gas bottle of Argon gas and maybe change the drive wheels on your machine. i've heard people use there regular liner but it eventually plugs it up, the wire is too soft.
