Hi, I have constant tension in my right shoulder only. I had a car crash a few years ago and I am aware that it has weakened my muscle but I have a physio saying its poor posture. Doctor saying its a frozen shoulder amongst other things. I work in retail and am really concerned that constant use of the muscle will aggravate it further as I cannot rest it.
Any ideas? Do I need to change jobs? BTW. I am on anti-depressants as well. Don't know therefore if stress is causing it either. As I said, it is only in the one arm.
Help greatly appreciated.
Have had an X-Ray that came back normal. Really worried that this will never go away completely. Especially as I don't know what it is.
