WHO is DEADLIEST! and why!
1) Niko- he's a friggin sociopath, Mattias is also kinda a cheater, the only way he'll win is by nuking liberty city.
2) Johnny-he's got a bike, and a bad@$$ gang, luis just knows a gay guy
3) Kratos- Dude, wtf kind of question is this, he's the F***ing god of war!!! if he eats gods for breakfast (without a shirt or pants), what do you think he'll do to nero?
4) Big Daddy- he can't die, he has the power of little sister on his side, eddie is just some roadie on ecstasy
5) Snake- chris probably OD on steroids, so he's already out, and isaac is cool, but snake would kill all of them. lets face it, chris is only a good shot when it comes to shooting slow zombies in the head from 2ft away, his muscles obstruct his view, and he is cant find a real shirt. isaac is cool, but he doesn't have what it takes to take down snake. snake is the greatest super soldier ever made, he's killed countless 50ft robots, 100s of genetically superior bosses, and a few clones of himself. he gets the official certificate of Bad@$$ery for the last one. (if he had a spin-off, it would be called MGS: Army of one)
6) Alex- he can shapeshift, and become anyone or anything, which includes rubber. so since cole is just a white static shock ?(we all thought it at one point), there's no question.

Out of everyone, kratos would win, i mean seriously, he's the god of war, he's stronger than chris, cooler than nero, and more bad@$$ than snake+Isaac combines. he friggin killed Poisiden and Helios like 2 mins apart, and went on to go on a killing spree, followed by a few more, then a shopping spree, the he killed zeus. (he also killed a few [hundred] clones of himself back in the day)
