im 20 yrs old, male,I had a nose lift before, but i want to change my implant again because i wasnt satisfied with the result. how risky in terms of implant rejection, or any bad outcome can this be? I also dont want an obviously operated nose. My nose right now is not obvious that it got operated bcos it was only first time. how likely will it be for the secon nose lift that ti will look obvious?

I had a flat big nose before so i had it operated. The doctor put an implant and trimmed my nostrils. The nose bridge is fine and na nostrils size are ok. But what i dnt like about my current nose is that the nostrils still seem rounded. I wanted my nostrils more pointed, so i want my impant changed but scared of the risks. Though my nose is already fine unlike before and veryone says its ok, and i think its ok, i dnt think its beautiful and i think morep ointed nostrils will make it better.
i think it will fit me cos i have a chin and i look chinese
so how risky is this? tnx a lot
