Arc Chin
IS IT OK TO DO CHIN UPS EVERY DAY??

is it ok if i do a few chin ups every day, or shoul i do it only once a week?? or how often do you think is allright??

i have chin ups bar in my house, the one that is used in the door arc

!! help please!!

every day. I guarantee half of the people giving you answers can't even do one.
