What kind of subs, amp, cd player, and amp do i need to have the hardest hitting system that can hit the lows?

I have a Ford F150 single cab and i need to know what kind of subs,cd player, amp, and wiring kit i need to have a hard hitting system but can also hit the lowest beats and i need it CHEAP!!!
