I have a Yugo M70 Underfolder. I want an adjustable stock, laser sight, flashlight (optional), scope or reticle sight, and forward grip.
Is there any affordable package out there for me, or is there a good place I can buy it piece by piece?
Trust me, I know how to use google. Package deals are harder to find than one may think.
You're pretty much going to have to buy it piece by piece and for ALL that I wouldn't expect to pay less than $260... before shipping (if you can find it all in the same place you may get a free shipping deal).
You're going to want to find a Rail System, you will need the system and not just the lower rail. Ultimak makes what is generally considered the best one. Midwest industries has one for much cheaper but I have no experience with it. With that you should be able to attach just about any accessory you can imagine. $100-220
As for the adjustable stock I would look up Tapco T6 stock. $30.
Vertical foregrip: $15 and up. Google shopping will turn them up.
Don't expect to get a decent red dot sight for cheap. You're going to pay a minimum of $200 for one that will actually hold a zero and not have to be sighted in every 10 rounds. But if a garbage sight is OK with you then a BSA red dot can be bought from walmart for around $30-40.

Just a warning but BSA is not known for making very good optics... or anything I can think of for that matter.
Not exactly sure why you want all this stuff on an AK but hey, whatever floats your boat. I personally would spend that money on a f**kton of ammo and maybe just the lower portion of the rail kit so I could mount one useful accessory (like a vertical grip or a light).
