Questions about treading water?
Do I need strong abs to be able to tread?
Does my plump tummy holding me back to do this?
I am relaxed doing in the circular motion and scissors kick but still I sink. Why?
You do not need strong abs to tread water as long as you use good technique. Treading water for conditioning will build abs though. No your plump tummy helps you because fat is less dense than water. When doing the scissor kick you must try to push your hips/butt up in order to not sink.
